Tips to Reduce the minus in the eyes

Jakarta, Dr William Bates was an ophthalmologist who had died long ago in 1931. The doctors believe many people who really do not need to use glasses with how to train his eye.

This exercise also helps a person overcome the dependence on glasses. The basis of this therapy is the belief that the combination of body, mind and soul are used to seeing. Besides food, posture, stress and health of a person also affects vision.

1. Hide
This vision exercises to help the eyes to relax and unwind.
Try to sit comfortably at the table and then put some pillows to high sejejer eye. Place the elbow on the pillow is then closed his eyes with two hands until there are no incoming cahanya. Breathe slowly, relax and imagine in the dark. Start doing this for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day.
2. Wiggle eyes

3. Selecting one color in one day

How close your eyes and look directly at the sun through closed eyes. While looking at the sun, slowly move your head to the left and right as far as you can until it almost touched his shoulder. This helps bring more circulation to the neck. Do this for 3-5 minutes.
5. Shifts vision
Many people who spend time staring at computer screens in front of his face. Try to shift your vision on the woven fabric in the sleeves, posters on the wall or a tree across the street.
